This site was created and funded by
Accredited Medical Equipment & Supply. It was developed
with the intent to provide patients, families and healthcare
professionals with a valuable, educational resource for medical
equipment and supplies.
The Accredited Family of Home Care Services was founded in 1980. To
this date, we remain family owned and operated. With several
different home care service lines, we have become a one-stop-shop
for patients and families.
Motivated to provide the utmost in quality care, Accredited has been
named as one of the nation’s ‘Home Care Elite’ by OCS in 2006 and
2007. Additionally, Accredited is at the forefront of patient
advocacy. As an organization, Accredited actively participates and
contributes to the efforts of the
California
Association for Health Services at Home and the
National Private Duty Association.
Accredited is also leading the disease management charge in the home
care industry by developing and implementing unique protocols for
its patients. The result is better patient care with fewer
hospitalizations and readmissions as evidenced by our
Medicare Scores.
